About me

Hello! I’m Ale — yoga teacher, space holder, and lifelong student of mindful living.

​

Yoga came into my life at a time when I needed grounding, clarity, and a way to reconnect with myself. What began as movement gradually became something much deeper — a practice of awareness, self-acceptance, and coming home to my body.

​

Now, as I move through my 50s, yoga feels more essential than ever. It supports me through change, through growth, through the natural transitions of life. It has taught me that strength can be soft, that slowing down is powerful, and that presence is everything.

My classes are rooted in breath-led movement, mindful awareness, and creating a welcoming space for everybody. Whether it’s a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, a gentle nourishing practice, or an extended workshop, my intention is always the same: to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore your own journey.

Beyond the mat, I am passionate about beautiful details, connection, and creating meaningful experiences — from intimate weekly classes to transformational retreats in inspiring places. I believe yoga isn’t just something we do for an hour; it’s something we weave into how we live, eat, travel, and relate to ourselves.

My spaces are inclusive, warm, and grounded in real life. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need experience. You simply need to arrive as you are.
