Slow down, soften, and return home to
your true self
- Ale

Welcome
I’m Ale, and I’m so glad you’re here.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself—where yoga is shared in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and rooted in real life.
Whether you join a class, workshop, or retreat, my intention is to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can move with awareness, breathe with ease, and reconnect—exactly as you are.
All levels, all bodies, always welcome. I look forward to sharing the practice with you.

I absolutely love Ale’s Gentle Yoga class. It’s calm, relaxing, and exactly what I need to unwind. The gentle stretching is perfect, and the meditation at the end is wonderful. I always have the best night’s sleep after the class. I truly love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxation and restoration.

My exact thought before my first session with Ale was that it didn’t feel like my cup of tea and that I might not stick with it, but I’d give it a go anyway. Wow, was I wrong. It quickly became something I really look forward to every week. I’ve found myself loving the energy it brings me, and the practice to be grounding. Ale is incredibly knowledgeable, and I love the way she guides us through each session with such calm confidence and care. She creates such a welcoming atmosphere that makes every class enjoyable and motivating. I finish each session feeling stronger, calmer, and more refreshed. I’m so glad I gave it a chance.

I came to Ale’s class as quite a broken person. I had back pain and severed nerves down my leg. I had put on so much weight and had no confidence in myself. Ale was so warm and welcoming from the moment I joined her class. She helped and guided me so much that I felt so safe. I started the class not being able to do too much but now I look forward to Thursday. My mobility and core strength are getting better each week. Ale has changed my life so much. I don’t even recognise the girl I was before.

My name is Ale

I am a yoga teacher based in the beautiful seaside village of Portmarnock, Co. Dublin and yoga has been a steady companion through many seasons of my life. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about how a pose looks, but about how it feels - in your body, your breath, and your day-to-day life.
My classes are thoughtful, accessible, and grounding. Expect a balance of strength and softness, challenge and ease, always guided by the breath. Wheather we're moving through a steady flow, slowing things down, or practicing outdoors in nature, my intention is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
I'm passionate about building community through yoga and making the practice feel inclusive and supportive for all bodies, all levels, and all stages of life. From weekly classes to retreats and outdoor community sessions I invite you to come as you are and meet yourself on the mat.
