Sundays  10 to 11am in PSLC, Portmarnock 

 
Gentle Flow
(Ideal for beginners)


Slow and calming practice with soft, mindful movements and breath to release tension, improve mobility, and help you unwind—leaving you ready
.for bedtime


Thursdays
8 to 9pm in Racecourse Community Centre, Baldoyle
